Wherever possible we will work to a fixed fee so that you know exactly where you stand.

For all injury and employment claims we will work on a "no win no fee" basis.

Where necessary insurance cover will be obtained in respect of opponent's costs.

We do not carry out legal aid work.

If we are not able to help you in any particular type of case we will make sure you are referred onwards.

We do not open 9-5 like most legal firms. Appointments can be made (within reason) at any hour and at any place.

All clients have a mobile telephone number for 24 hour contact.

We make increasing use of e-mail for immediate contact with clients.
